CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation is allowed up to 30 days in advance of reservation for a full refund. Cancellation within 30 days of reservation are not refunded.

BEACH ACCESS AND PROPERTY LINE RESTRICTIONS:
Everyone’s beach area is privately owned. Out of respect for our neighbors, please do not venture from our private beach area. Please stay on and enjoy our private beach area. Our private beach area that you have access to is the bulkhead itself and the beach directly in front of it. Please do not go to the left or right onto our neighbors beach area or their bulkheads. As mentioned elsewhere, shellfishing of any kind (oysters, crab, clams, shrimp) is not allowed on any of the beaches in our neighborhood.
We appreciate your understanding and enjoy the beautiful hood canal.

PETS:
Only Dogs allowed, 2 dog maximum. An additional $50 for cleaning will be collected for dog(s) when booking, please send a message if you plan to bring your dog(s) and please pick up after your pets.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am out of respect for our neighbors.

Rental only includes use of our personal property.

Our private beach is closed for all shell-fishing.

All common areas of our community are strictly off limits for our guests, there is NO guest access to the community beach or boat launch. This is strictly monitored and enforced by the community.

Please adhere to the speed limit in our neighborhood.

No parties or events of any kind.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

This is a non-smoking home.
